Diana Hovsepian Kumuryan M.S., BCBA

Clinical Director / CEO

Diana received her B.A. in Communication Disorders and Sciences from California State University, Northridge in 2012 and her M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University, Northridge in 2015.

In 2013, she began her career working with children and their families providing in home services. While completing her graduate degree at California State University, Northridge, she gained extensive experience in working with client’s with severe problem behaviors (e.g. self-injury, aggression) which included teaching verbal behavior to clients ranging from the age of 2 to 30. As a behavior analyst, Diana works in both home and school settings creating and monitoring individualized programs to teach communication skills, social skills, and play skills. Furthermore, Diana is experienced in conducting functional analysis and developing treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors by establishing and maintaining socially appropriate behaviors. She works with individuals who are neurotypical and individuals with various neuro developmental disorders including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Communication Disorders, and Global Developmental Delay. 

Diana started Atlas Behavior Services in 2019 to provide high quality and evidence-based services using principles and technologies of Applied Behavior Analysis for families in her community. She enjoys working collaboratively with parents, teachers, and other caregivers to provide customized services for each client. Diana also enjoys being heavily involved in the community and disseminating information about the field of behavior analysis and is an active member of the California Association for Behavior Analysis

David Maguire M.S., BCBA

Associate Clinical Director

David is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that has been serving clients with autism and developmental disabilities since 2011. He received his B.A. with a double major in Psychology and Social Behavior/Criminology, Law, and Society from UC Irvine, and his M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis at Cal State University, Northridge. He’s been with Atlas since August 2019, currently working as a BCBA. In his free time, David enjoys playing a variety of sports, including soccer, basketball, baseball, and tennis, and has even completed a few marathons. Before starting his graduate studies, he taught English in Thailand for two years and volunteered for an ABA agency there. He can speak Thai conversationally and continues to do so at Thai restaurants here in the States. 

Adisa Ptah M.S, BCBA

Behavior Analyst

As a Behavior Analyst, I find immense satisfaction in the daily opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and their families. What I enjoy most about my job is the chance to use evidence-based strategies to assess and understand behavior, ultimately helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. It’s incredibly fulfilling to witness the progress and growth of the clients I work with, and I appreciate the collaborative nature of ABA, where I get to work closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to tailor interventions that are both effective and compassionate. The constant learning and adaptability required in this field keep me engaged and motivated, ensuring that each day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.

I have a passion for photography, revel in the beauty of hiking through nature, and thrive on exploring new destinations through travel.

Rebeca Jun

Rebeca Jung M.S, BCBA

Behavior Analyst 

I am a Behavior Analyst at Atlas and been in the field of ABA since 2016. I began as a behavior technician for a clinic in Dallas, TX, moved to California to pursue an education in Applied Behavior Analysis at California State University at Northridge, and joined Atlas in 2020. A fun fact: I was born in Asuncion, Paraguay and moved to America when I was 6. I hope to visit and see how much things have changed!

Coral Florian M.S,

Program Supervisor 

I currently serve as a Program Supervisor at Atlas Behavior Services. I earned my BA in Psychology and MS in Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). During my academic journey, I gained valuable practicum experience as a student at CSUN and contribute as a research assistant at KLab Behavior Science & Technology Lab. My career in this field began as a behavior technician and intern at Atlas Behavior Services where I provided one-on-one services to our clients. Outside of work l find joy in immersing myself in nature, photography, creating new experiences, and despite my admitted lack of culinary experience, I excel as a wonderful sous chef.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is witnessing our clients’ progress and hearing parents’ excitement about how their child applies what they’ve learned in their daily lives. I also enjoy working with parents and providing them with support and guidance.

Sofia Reyes M.S.

Program Supervisor 

I am a program supervisor. I have spent an enriching 5 years in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, with the last 4 of those years being at Atlas. I earned my B.A in Psychology from CSUN in 2018 and obtain my M.S in Psychology with and emphasis in ABA from Capella University in 2023. What brings me the most joy in my role is working with our younger clients because there’s never a dull moment. A fun fact about myself is that I was born in Oaxaca, Mexico and on my spare time I enjoy dancing, trying new restaurants and quality time with family and friends.

Marlene Garcia M.S, BCBA

Behavior Analyst 

I am working at ATLAS as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and have been happily working in the field for the past 5 years. I received my bachelor’s in psychology/minor in Counseling at San Diego State University and master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis at CSUN. I’ve always enjoyed working with children because they keep me on my toes! Aside from working with children, I enjoy taking dance classes and have danced professionally since the age of 5.

Angie Andrade M.S., BCBA

Program Supervisor

I am a program supervisor at Atlas Behavior Services. I have been in the field for 5 years. I received my masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from California State Univeristy, Northridge. I enjoy being part of the client’s journey and seeing all the progress they make along the way. On my spare time I enjoy hiking and spending time with family, friends, and my pets.

Monica Montalvo M.S, BCBA

Behavior Analyst

I studied at the University of California, Irvine where I earned my bachelor’s in psychology and social behavior in 2016. After working as a behavior technician for 6 years, I furthered my education at California State University of Northridge to attain a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2021. After graduating, I received my BCBA certification and have been practicing as a program supervisor at Atlas Behavior Services for the past 2 years. Seeing my clients make their little and big successes from session to session is a rewarding experience and allows me to go home with something to look forward to every day. In addition, seeing parents and other family members gain confidence in participating and implementing treatment plans that help their child and family dynamic adds to the fulfillment I feel walking into and out of sessions. Lastly, a big part of my job that I truly enjoy is getting to mentor and train my behavior technicians because without them, improvement of my clients would not be possible. Fun fact, I paint canvases of all sizes at home and work part time at an art studio making sculptures. 

Andrea Velasco M.S., BCBA

Behavior Analyst

Andrea Velasco is a program supervisor and joined the Atlas team in September of 2020. She has been in the field of behavior analysis for four years and received her Master of Science in ABA from Cal State University, Northridge. 

Andrea lives in the San Fernando Valley with her three cats (Lilos, Minina, and Chicken). Her favorite show is Adventure Time. She is obsessed with açaí and matcha lattes. One fun fact about her is that she has music-to-color synesthesia, which is found in about 3% of all people. 

Megan Gless M.S., BCBA

Behavior Analyst

I am a Behavior Analyst at Atlas Behavior Services. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders and Sciences with a minor in special education from the University of Oregon. I furthered my expertise by completing a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at California State University – Northridge. I am deeply passionate about supporting families and clients through my work and find great fulfillment in this aspect of my career. Outside of my professional endeavors, I prioritize spending quality time with family and friends.
